Flashcards

Rolltop has a built-in flashcards system with spaced repetition (the SM-2 algorithm, the same approach Anki uses). It's great for interview prep, language learning, and exam revision. Decks are stored locally and cost no credits.

Create a deck

Ask the AI to build a deck from your material, or create one yourself:

Create a flashcard deck from this chapter, 20 cards covering the key terms.

Cards have a front and back (Markdown supported), optional images and hints, and tags. The AI can add cards in batches.

Practice

Open the deck and start a practice session. For each due card, reveal the answer and rate how well you knew it — Again / Hard / Good / Easy. Your rating updates the card's schedule, so harder cards come back sooner and easy ones later. A summary appears at the end of the session.

Decks are artifacts

Each deck is an artifact — it shows in the Artifact Browser and refreshes automatically when the AI changes it during a conversation.

Export to Anki

You can export any deck to a real Anki .apkg file via a save dialog, to study it in Anki or share it.
